How to get a paid web hosting plan for free!
Did you know there is a simple way to get free web hosting from a commercial hosting company? It's true, you can get a "paid" web hosting account with all the bells and whistles for free! Here's how:
Find a relatively new web hosting company that is desperate to increase its traffic and search engine rankings. A great place to look is in one of the many webmaster forums (just do a web search on "webmaster forum").
You'll recognize these new web hosting companies by their relatively low cost/high value web hosting offers, and you can verify it by checking their Google PageRank and Alexa ranking.
Contact one of them privately and make the following offer:
Dear web hosting provider,
I understand that your web hosting business is new and
you're trying to build it as quickly as possible. I think I can
help. If you will provide me with free web hosting with
these features (list the features you need) I'll place your
static text link on every page of my site, including the
home page.
I'm working hard to expand and promote my site, and it
will have over 100 pages (each with your link on it) and
high search engine rankings within a few short weeks.
This will give you the opportunity to jump-start your
business with no out-of-pocket costs. In other words,
we can share in each other's success. (Note: Of course you
need to be truthful here. And if your site is already well-ranked
with decent traffic, so much the better).
If you agree that this is a great deal for both of us,
just let me know and we'll go from there. If not, thanks
anyway and good luck with your web hosting business!

Send this same offer to four or five of these struggling hosting companies, and one of them is almost guaranteed to accept your offer. I typically get two or three affirmative answers so I get to choose the web host that I want to use. Trust me, this really works and works well! I currently have seven growing websites all with free hosting after using this method!
Caveat: Keep in mind that some new web hosting providers simply don't make it, and should yours go out of business, you'll have to find a new web host in a hurry.
For this reason, I don't recommend this tactic for hosting a high-traffic, high profit website. Invest a few bucks a month and purchase a good hosting plan from an established hosting company.
But this is a great way to build your business up to that point with free hosting. And with your help, by the time your site has climbed the ladder to success, that struggling web hosting provider will likely be doing just fine!
